Benefits package at Facebook is really great! 3 meals a day and nonstop snacks, fruits, and beverages. Medical insurance, flex plan, 401k, etc.

They take great care of their employees and show they really put people first. This is something they have clearly put a lot of thought into. great health and dental.

Benefits are amazing. It is actually a problem to know what the full set of benefits are because there are so many. Facebook is continually trying to extend them in a way that makes a real difference in the lives of its employees. Only con - there is ubiquitous free food and candy. It's everywhere and leads to the infamous "Facebook 15" pounds gained when you join. It's a real thing.

As in intern, we got lots of food and swag. We don't get full time benefits like 401k and p/maternity leave for obvious reasons.

As a contracter you dont get the same benefits as FTE. Dont get to attend their holiday party. Pay for insurance out of pocket. I pay $70/week.
