Best thing the canteen, worst thing the staff
Farnell has a good concern about employee insurance, pension, and job environment to give better beavour in office as on site
The great thing about farnell is there is a great perks area, subsidised canteen and free gym membership are just some of the little added benefits

The percentage of salary was decent, stretching but achievable. However the formula to calculate was incredibly complex. and you never really knew what bonus you would earn until advised.
Onsite gym, subsidised canteen and free fruit are great but only 23 days holiday with no option to purchase holiday.
