I can't say a bad thing at all about the benefits here, you get an extra days leave for every year you worked there (up to 30 days) private healthcare, insurance and pension. The work life balance is incredible and you will never find a culture like it again anywhere else!
Feefo somewhat over-exaggerate their staff benefits on their careers page. Firstly they refer to a private healthcare scheme to keep you "in tip top shape", this is not really true as what is actually provided is a pot limited cashback scheme via Simplyhealth for every day health care such as prescriptions and alternative treatments. Secondly, the company purports to have "a fantastic pension scheme" - which currently sits at the statutory minimum of 1% being paid into the government NEST scheme. According to the ONS 2015 Occupational Pension Schemes 2015 survey, the average private sector defined contribution schemes (member plus employer) rate was 4% - Feefo falls quite short of this in comparison.
The benefits package offered by Feefo is poor, particularly when compared against other technology companies. The employee pension is the statutory minimum. Annual leave is the statutory minimum plus 3 days you have to take at Christmas when the office is shut. The 'private healthcare' scheme could only just be described as that - it pays at most for one hospital consultation per healthcare issue, and no cover for surgery or other such costs. There's no death-in-service benefit. There's no guaranteed sick pay.
The benefits of working in a fast paced, fun environment are for all to see. Just look at the smiles on faces from the employees!!
No bad points really come to mind.
