‘Mediocre compared to others in the city’
‘4x salary upon death in service’
‘pay small amount get great cover’
Pension: 10% from firm plus 3% matched
Private health insurance is very good
They pay a 13% pension contribution if you pay just 3%. They also pay for private medical insurance for all their staff
Best - Very cheap private healthcare / insurance which was fairly easy to set up. Volunteer days were nice but sometimes difficult to use Worst - non-uniform remuneration (individuals within same department would have their pay decided by different bodies, leading to large, unjustified differences)
Great healthcare coverage but little for expectant parents
Good range of benefits and support for staff.
Really good benefits, well done
Private health care benefits are available for those who opt into it, about 2% of your salary goes towards it. Overall annual bonus is fair, represents your performance over the year.
Overall, a very comprehensive benefits package
WFH, private health care, child care vouchers
