    You get a yearly allowance from which to choose various benefits, or you can take the allowance as cash. There is not a huge choice but it includes the common ones such as private medical cover for family (yours is already provided), additional holiday and childcare vouchers

    Very good benefits in line with industry. Life work balance is good with ability to work flexibly and from home on occasion.

    I did not get a benfits package. I was an intern therefore I was entitled to get a benefits package. You may have to get information from someone that has worked at the FCA for a couple of years.

    Huge employer's pension contribution! Also the option to take flexible benefits as cash is very valuable . Working from home is supposedly encouraged but I have found it practically impossible.
