The maternity benefit is excellent and the sick leave allowance is very generous.

Pension scheme is part of the Financial Conduct Authority scheme, and has generous employer contribution particularly if the employee pays in extra.

A really comprehensive benefits packet with BUPA. Easy to use and doesn't cost a penny!

The best thing is the maternity pay - six months full pay followed by statutory pay for three months. I don't think any other company will offer the same or more.

You get alot of benefits which makes up for their lack of good management. They are quite flexible with working hours. Earliest time to start is 8 and latest time to start is 10. However you need to do your 7 working hours a day. If however you need to leave work earlier, this can be arranged with your manager. The hours do need to be made up another day.
