Loads of flexibile working, focus on employee health and satisfaction - this is really to make up for lower salaries but it definitely works and does help with retention of staff. Didn't make a huge amount of use of them myself, but know others did.
brilliant health, gym and dental.
It's a bit awkward when the healthcare and dental cracks in, because it doesn't start for a couple of months, but they bill you for it by double charging for the next two months. I don't know what would have happened if I'd been to the dentist in that period of time, but I still paid for the coverage. Overall, it is good value with the subsidy.
Excellent pension, annual leave entitlement, work - life balance, private health insurance available (opt in), excellent gym benefits , flexible working

Very generous benefits (health insurance, good DC pension scheme, health and wellbeing resources, interest free season ticket loan etc). Best part is the company's flexible working policy and increased focus on work/life balance, particularly over the last year.
