‘Full pay for 20 working days within 12 months’
‘As much as you want’
Close to 40 days holiday a year, excellent flexibility for appointments and up to 9% employer contribution into pension.
Good pension benefit. No substitute of soft perks since remote working.
Flexibility and choice in benefits
Pension contribution, holiday allowance, and family-friendly benefits were really good. Could think more about a focus on D&I and apprenticeships.
The best pension package of anywhere I've worked! Includes 3 years death in service and other standard benefits. Working from home is encouraged. Flexible working to accomodate childcare. Ability to buy 5 days holiday. There's always free food around the office and free company lunch once / month. 5pm beer & wine on Fridays. Summer and Christmas company parties. Showers in the office, bicycle parking and corporate discounts for local gyms. Free eyetest and voucher for glasses.
Ability to buy extra holiday days
Lots of benefits to choose from and if you want to utilise benefits above you cash allowance you can still benefit from the company rates and salary sacrifice
Pension matching up to 6% of salary 26 days holiday, but you can work from home whenever you want, so you can blag a few days extra Travel loan
The company puts a lot of effort in to creating a good culture for employees. They have established a 'Culture Club" of employees that plan and organise all the company activities with no Management interference. This includes Beer O'Clock demos on Fridays, rap battles, regular parties e.g. Halloween and company lunches.
The best part is that there is a large choice of benefits ranging from money for the gym to travel loans. Everyone is able to choose between these benefits. There are also benefits in the office like company lunches and parties. The worst part is that the options are not appealing to everyone so they cannot be used.
