a comprehensive selection of benefits that you'd expect, nothing out of this world but a decent pension plan, ok health care. missing simple things like bike to work
Private healthcare Flexible benefits - easy to select Company car (though this is no longer available to new starters and when lease runs out - shame as you expect it for this type you of role and amount of travel expected - up to 300 miles per week and I dread to think of the depreciation of having own car) Able to purchase additional holidays
Good: Flexible working arrangements. Bad: Relatively low amount of annual leave. No sick pay in the first six months.
Lots on offer but very 'off the shelf' and not very relevant to me. They are easy to manage (online portal) and you can select which ones you want to use.
There is a great variety of benefit choice. Worst thing is that they don't make a huge deal about the offering
The package I have is varied but typical of any other corporate benefits package. Company car choices leave a lot to be desired though.
Good holiday purchase scheme and excellent pension.
Great perks. work hard but get rewarded
