Healthshield for free nothing else really
You had to apply for a sports and social card, and the payment for that was taken out of every paycheck.Didnt really offer much discount on anything except for nights out. The company does a lot of fun events in the actual office to keep everyone entertained, so that was a good bonus.
Some of the benefits are good, like incentive, 100£ bonus per month, health benefits like dentist etc and discounts in pubs and restaurants
They use HealthShield. They’re alright
Not very much worth the work you complete it's very hard to achieve a bonus
28 days paid holiday. Yeah, right. 2 days are being taken from my PAID holiday as unpaid. I don't know how to make it more clear. I get 28 days PAID holiday per year in my contract and 2 of those 28 paid days my boss is forcing me to take as unpaid because they don't suit business needs so I don't get them back another time as paid.
the base salary is not great and certainly not worth your time spending 4 years at university for. private healthcare is good. other perks come mainly from clients
Discounts at restaurants when you're not payed that much to want to go to them anyway
21 days annual leave, free sky tv if you work for that part of the company (which is taken away as punishment), paid incentive based on your sales.
You are told you have perks but if you have a lazy manager they will never tell you about them.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
