Great travel perks like hotel and airline discounts. We use Perkbox which have lots of offer, also get medical cover up to a certain amount (dental, chiropractor etc.).
No salary reviews - Yearly reviews in line with inflation would be hugely beneficial to staff retention
It's always being reviewed, which is good as it reflect the changing nature of the company and employee needs.
The best thing was cheap travel deals. The worst was the poor commission set up and expectation that we lie to customers about where the cost for things was coming from.

Great Summer Balls, Global Balls and training events! Fam trips are also frequently offered to staff doing well.
Managers are not trained up enough to deal with policies. Too many young childish managers who don’t have a clue about what they are doing.
Holidays take time to gather, max 2 weeks holidays at a time, medical cover is very basic and isn't great, only 1 person allowed out of the office on each day
