“Not the best I was told they was going to be stopping it so not sure if they have brought it back. Most of their benefits are pretty basic”

  • Employee Discount  (3 comments)

“Okay, can’t use it in holiday times. You have to book in advance, you have to spend your own time looking for good flights to use it on. Not worth...”

Holidays take time to gather, max 2 weeks holidays at a time, medical cover is very basic and isn't great, only 1 person allowed out of the office on each day

Managers are not trained up enough to deal with policies. Too many young childish managers who don’t have a clue about what they are doing.

Worked for Flight Centre in the UK, in a role that required travel for business and had to provide my own travel insurance. Net flights were available, but were never particularly good and hotel rates through staff travel could be obtained more cheaply through online booking agents

Terrible pay when you go off sick - the official line is that you get paid your basic but no commission for 7 days per year of service up to 28 days. Our basic is rubbish so that in itself is rubbish! Then it goes to SSP after your allowance is used up.

The commission is very low (4%) unless you basically rip off the clients

Just launched a new benefits package that allows you to purchase discounted electronic goods as well as discounted travel/holiday prices

25 days days off after 3 years, good commission if you end up in the right office but you need to be willing long hours.
