Good benefits, long unsociable hours. Good salary and pension. Good sick pay 6 months. Not very flexible hours and long shifts. Boring
Working hours are pretty small 9 to 5 is pretty good for this kind of job and not much people are staying late
this was a contract role so there were no bens except a good day rate and I worked for them for 6 years with 12 month rolling contracts
Reasonable discount off mid range, top end cars. Poor discount of lower end cars.
Privilege discount on vehicles, parts and servicing. Car discounts are not what they once were and you do see offers for vehicles cheaper than the privilege discounts. Also the ford dealers tend to drop the price they offer for your trade in car to claw back some of the discount they offer. Parts and serving discount really good. EDAP scheme can be used for learning each year really good scheme but has been abused by the staff for years so the scope for funding changes all the time.
Employee Discounts, Pension, 26 days holiday (5 days to be taken at Christmas Shutdown), Discounts, Money towards instructor led training, overtime pay is good if offered.
Great pay, car discount has been reduced too far over years.
Flexible approach to working hours, including working from home. Good salary and pension package. Numerous additional perks, e.g. car discount.
Contracting role so no benefits available to hourly paid staff
There is none for new employees , the worst is there is none at all if you work for a different company with Ford
