‘Sick days have to be approved by your line manager which seems strange. ’
‘The salary is not very high, so there is not much money for a pension plan. In short, it is not very good. ’
Hard but good place to learn. Work/life balance is limited but if passionate do recommend to learn from the best
nothing special to say, standard package
office does not give you anything apart from a small bonus when you are new. Too many hours of work that are not compensated
Nothing too special. Fair though.
Well balanced benefit pacakage
There are schemes in place however if you do some basic quick maths they usually aren't that benefits such as the bike to work scheme. It is unfortunate that you can't buy your holidays to increase the standard 25 days given to you, therefore only 25 days are allowed, 3 of which are used compulsory for days between Christmas and New Years. Holidays can be carried forward to the next year but must be used by June. Every 5 years of employment, workers receive an extra day as a service day.
Pension, health insurance, bonus to those who stay for a long time. In short, there is not much in the benefit package.
Great gym and physical activities related benefits. Furthermore, there is annual leave but as I want just a one month intern could not take advantage from it.
Good career progression and pension
There is no benefits... basic salaries, no end of the year bonus, no office trips in my time there
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
