The benefits are generally good, although salaries for many back office roles are not at market rate for London.

Comprehensive benefits plan, with standard maternity leave, paid time off, and medical. Gym and cafeteria, which is subsidised, is in house. Most associates are able to work from home once a week.

The best thing about it is its flexibility. The flexible scheme has a great range of benefits and works really well.

I had no benefits package as an employee for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, it was purely a salary based package. I believe I would have received a package if I had stayed longer with the firm (I only stayed 6 months).

It is very comprehensive, full medical, dental, great pension entitlement. They have an on site doctor and gym. The package was a really nice addition to the salary
