‘6 months full pay if you have been with the company a while. They were very good when I was unwell actually. ’
Provided discount gym membership, healthcare and were flexible with travel. Holidays were difficult to negotiate.
its very hard to review the package, but its described "in-house" as better than nothing, to give an idea of what its like.
Almost eveyone has a different benefits package, it can cause problems when others find out.
No bonus or comission, basic pension, minimal annual leave and forced to take 3 days from allowance for xmas shut down
Optional Health care, Pension is good but overall basic pay is lower than average. Bike to Work is great and is the full amount.
Good pension, optional private health care
The best thing is the flexibility of the company towards personal issues one may have at home. Worst is the pay package, could be better.
Very little in the way of benefits. Small gym membership payment and pension contribution are the only benefits.
Good pension Flexible working arrangements Decent Dental and Health plan Free eye tests
medical care, life assurance word
