IMHO there are quite a few different ways in which benefits are provided, I assume this varies depending upon what you are offered or the level you come in at. The enefit I have probably used or seen most of is the perks at work scheme, e.g. heavily discounted cinema tickets, there are various offers at different times. I have also benefited from income protection (although I have, fortunately, not had to use it), health cash plan, pension contributions, employee recognition programme.
Payment was on time.
