being a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, taking 4 days of annual leave meant that you had 12 days off which was a massive benefit.
Good leave structure and additional days offered if you travel overseas for work.
25 days offered if you're perm staff, I think only 20 if you're contracting
- Decent amount of time for a holiday
you have to book your Annual leave days a year in advance,and even then the Area Manager will probably refuse your dates..also you have to use Annual leave for Public Holidays
