Great Benefits Package - £1000 gym benefit
not clearly defined in the policy
Overall a good benefits package and in line with competitors, including gym membership and cycle to work.
£1000 for gym membership. Has been cut and diminished in recent years. Remember the majority are salary sacrifice (health insurance) or not tax efficient (i.e. gym membership) from the employee perspective!
All standard benefits that you would expect. Nothing above and beyond but good.
The best thing for me is to have BUPA healthcare as you can be referred straight away instead of waiting for the NHS. Personally I don't think there isn't a worst thing in my package
Only when you past probation
The benefits package is in line with the industry norm. A lot of the "working from home" and "sabbatical" type of benefits are reserved for senior management and are at their superior's discretion.
Gym good pension pizzas once a quarter cycle to work scheme, gym is relatively good, only 49 quid subsidy have to fork out for good gyms in area
Private GP which is located very close to the office, Private health cover with BUPA. Annual Gym membership paid for Annual season ticket loan A few others also
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
