The people and culture make GDS everyone is helpful and wants everyone to succeed.
Great commission scheme but hard to close deals because once the companies do some research on the company they give up on it.
It's written in fairy dust.
Worst thing is the holiday (industry standard of 20 days), two weeks taken at xmas which uses 5 days of that. The best thing is the working hours and the regular social activities with staff.
Call centre, boiler room with no development or career plan, staff worked to the bone and unless your mates with senior management you are ignored. All training is done by people who have been doing the job so training is just training to get a result and not up skiling and developing.
