Standard benefits package, plenty on offer. Poor pension unless you are a senior employee. Senior employees received better company pension and free PMI, compared to other members of staff who received a poorer pension and only Health Cash Plan company funded. Better perks if you are a senior hire.

there was a company programme to hire a bike and bike it to work however as this was too far i did not use it.
Best thing is ability to purchase additional items to the basic package eg holiday, dental and the discount shopping scheme
