‘50% off full price merchandise ’
‘No sick pay if you have to go home halfway through your shift but you do get it if you call in sick apparently ’
Fantastic discount, healthcare, pension
The only perk is the 50% discount
not enough benefice from the company the 50 per cent discount are meaningless since all the collection is going to sale few weeks after for 70%
50% off. Not the greatest clothes though.
Offers holidays and time off keeping it environment friendly
- They match your charity fundraising
Lots of holiday hours no bonuses
Free lunch when boss is with you plus takes you playing snooker (I play and the other two play a bit) Best company I worked for and hardest I've worked. Doesn't really need to advertise cos word of mouth we are all happy and hard working and it shows. For landscaping he shows other companies there's no money in it there is if you work hard and give positive atmosphere to customers. Most tip and we share it equally. He says he wants to make a brand, that's why he is generous.
50% off full price styles with a Gap company card at Gap (and Banana Republic) and 10% off sale styles
Best thing used to be employee discount but now customers get better deals than us online. We do get vouchers for collecting emails monthly which is a real perk. Worst thing is gap advantage as no one uses it because the discounts are so low at another retailers. Needs revisiting as could be really special.
