As an employee in the UK, you have 25 days holidays, private health insurance, up to 8% employer pension contribution, season ticket loan etc. Flexible working, work from home (at non-covid time) and unpaid leave really depends on your manager. If you're lucky enough to have a great manager, you will really enjoy your work and growth fast at Gartner. However, there aren't many good managers at Gartner, and it becomes a less favorable place to work in the recent 1-2 years.
Private health insurance in the UK is great - Vitality. Gym in the Egham office and good PTO package (when you’re allowed to use it in sales).
Good pension, healthcare and maternity
