There are no benefits. They don’t give you any induction nor do they give you any training as it’s all on the job. Their only benefit they offer is life assurance but nobody would stay long enough to reap the benefits of this.

Best: Working from home even if your cat has a mild caught Pension (but this is no longer a benefit in my view since it is now mandatory that all employees are enrolled for pensions under the new government law) you get Apples, orange and grapes twice a week and once a week you get to choose a chocolate, pack of crisps (hardly a benefit is it? not when your rent has gone up by 300 per months. How will this help??!!!) Worst: No bonuses (who like to work for free? if you do, better work for a charity organisation as you will feel a lot better in helping then making already rich millionaire even richer. Common sense right !!!) Lack of progress on your job. Constantly looking to recruit from outside instead of recruiting within Boring projects No canteen within the building. you have to drive outside of the business park to buy lunch if you haven't prepared one at home. The drive will eat majority of your lunch break unless you take an hour lunch break as opposed to half hour.
no bonuses, no incentives. company was taken over hence all perks taken away from employees which explains why 80% have left the company and replaced with cheap labor imports.
