Vitality health insurance is great - real benefits for getting exercise points, only need 7000 steps a day to earn the minimum points. And discounts are very worthwhile too, especially if you get to the higher levels.
Good pay but excessive hours expected
Flexibility related to work from home, support for relocation
The benefits are common benefits, nothing special . Life insurance, health insurance, pension plan which is very good and child care vouchers
Free Vitality healthcare, bonuses for performance, allowance to join stock scheme, great Christmas party.
Good salary, fridge with free bottles with water, drinks etc. Yoghurt and fruits once a week. As well as free lunches on special days, lots of treats, special gifts on special days.
Great offices, free fruit daily, free tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Some flexible working for those whose job can support this.
No benefits for contractors, no work from home allowed even
As I am a contractor I cannot comment personally, but if they are trying to play with the big pharma it seems the benefits package is lacking from what I can find out
Overall it works out well. Free movie tickets through vitality programs.
