company perks were really good there
The UK was a bit different from the US.
Work from home policy is great always very flexible when needed letting employees work from home. Pension plan and Health insurance are also great!
Great benefits and great company to work for!
Not all offices have the same benefits/holiday time off etc.
Maternity policy in UK is sub standard for the market. Pension improved, snacks are now offered in the office. Health insurance is ok.
comms and pay snacks bike to work stock options are great
We don't yet get a lot of benefits within Glassdoor EMEA. For example, no pension scheme is a sticking point
Pros: stock options, great health insurance plan Cons: no work from home, no pension
Pros: Private Healthcare, Stock Options, cell phone reimbursement plan, occasional work form home
