The UK was a bit different from the US.
Work from home policy is great always very flexible when needed letting employees work from home. Pension plan and Health insurance are also great!

Data & Analytics Consultants
Hey Guys. Hoping to get some advice here. I am currently a Senior Manager at CapTech with 12 YOE, all in consulting. I have been with CapTech specifically for 7 years doing a bunch of different things from developing ETL pipelines to analytics and dashboarding. My most recent role was more in product analytics where I feel like I have really grown from ‘just a BI developer’ to a data product owner like role. Right now my base is at 130K. Looking at data on Glassdoor this seems low. Thoughts?
Anyone here that currently works or used used work for Sia Partners , could provide some information about them. Pay, culture, bonuses and etc. I gone through the glassdoor information already would like to get more context for people here and also see what to ask for base salary and signing bonus. I have 10 YOE , live in Houston and mainly have experience in the energy side of consulting.
Consulting Exit Opportunities
Has anyone interviewed for a data specialist or product development position at YipitData? Looked over Glassdoor and saw there is a substantial take home assessment. I wanted to see if anyone could verify and share their experience. Thank you!
Not all offices have the same benefits/holiday time off etc.
Maternity policy in UK is sub standard for the market. Pension improved, snacks are now offered in the office. Health insurance is ok.
comms and pay snacks bike to work stock options are great
We don't yet get a lot of benefits within Glassdoor EMEA. For example, no pension scheme is a sticking point
Pros: stock options, great health insurance plan Cons: no work from home, no pension
Pros: Private Healthcare, Stock Options, cell phone reimbursement plan, occasional work form home
