Maternity policy in UK is sub standard for the market. Pension improved, snacks are now offered in the office. Health insurance is ok.
We don't yet get a lot of benefits within Glassdoor EMEA. For example, no pension scheme is a sticking point

Health Insurance and share options
As there are still very few employees in the UK, Glassdoor is not yet offering any benefits. We don't get any healthcare, life insurance, pension, childcare vouchers, bike to work scheme or anything like that. We also don't get many of the perks that employees in HQ get such as catered lunch, free snacks/ beer, a cool office, organised sports/ social or a 'wellness coordinator'. On the plus side, I work very flexible hours and work from home a lot, so I get a good work/life balance. We also get equity in the company, which could well far outweigh the negatives outlined above. However, it feels like in the UK we are currently getting a rough deal compared to our colleagues in the US.
