Lots of Flexible benefits including buoying or selling holidays
No option to work from home one day a week, even when there isn't enough space for everyone in the office.
Laptop and work phone and benefits are really flexible
average compared to other employees
Apparently, working for Global is a benefit in itself!
Best thing is there are about 10 options to choose from, you can get gym membership discounted, cycle to work scheme, holiday insurance, private health care. Festival discounts too. (but Global's pay isn't very good and don't do pay rises, so you could afford them anyway elsewhere)
Basic statutory benefits available. Everything else comes out of your pay check.
Decent pension package, standard amount of holiday days and every year a selection of stuff is offered that you can opt into if you feel like it like cheaper gym vouchers.
Great commissions, private health insurance, options to purchase additional benefits such as dental, flexible pension options etc.
for those entitled to company car the base level is a VW Golf, all staff receive an Apple Macbook to use, and Eligible staff receive an Iphone as the company phone, a whole host of other benefits are available depending on the job role.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
