The best thing is the smaller add-ons such as Headspace and free counselling. The worst thing would maybe be that there is no option to add dependents to your healthcare cover.
GoCo look after their staff with a good benefits package, especially with their maternity/paternity cover.
The place is awful and most perks are pretty standard fruit, parking, flexible working, health care but the 9 months full maternity pay an exceptional one (paternity is one month)
Lots of company benefits and perks. Flexi working hours, health cover, parking.
Bupa, bonus, life cover, free fruit, diner, share scheme. Could improve benifits by adding the ability to buy and sell hols.
Birthday day off is a simple and great idea Share incentive/saving schemes are great, but not well/irregularly communicated
25 days holiday plus bank holidays Birthday day off Bupa healthcare Pension matched up to 6% by company Childcare vouchers Paternity & maternity leave Performance bonus
The company benefits package was also very appealing to me before I joined and I was not let down at all! With a great pension, almost monthly company events, free fruit and coffee, free parking, bonus ever year, your birthday off, free private medical cover, subsidised after work activities i.e football or yoga classes, second to none facilities, heavily subsidised on-site food you cant go wrong. Five starts all round!
Up to 6% pension, free parking off site and two bits of fruit per week. And yet they make £25m profit a year. Just shows how much staff are valued.
