You get a workers discount of 33% off of food and wine and can add up to 10 people on to this however they are allowed 25%.
Fantastic discount (33% to staff, 25% friends and family). The more you work the more holiday hours you are entitled to.
As a general manager you have a good package available including dental, medical, discounted vouchers and life insurance cover, however it’s disappointing that this is not available to all site salary employees (such as the KM’s and AM’s)

Offer EAP, and 33% discount to employees and the ability to nominate 10 friends and family to receive 25% off as well as discounted shopping through selected retailers thorugh a shopping portal. Bonus packages are unobtainable and will do anything to move the goal posts so that you do not receive a full bonus, if any at all. More clarity on bonus structure for Deputy managers and Kitchen managers is needed. they keep saying that they are trying to bring this in but always poorly executed and usually yields the same results. Other benefits such as Maturity pay are poor until you have A LOT of years service or in a much higher position with the company.
