the department I worked in didn't accommodate mums
The best thing is how easy it is to pick up shifts and the increase in pay for bank holidays or sunday shifts The worst thing is the issues getting shifts signed off/finalised
Probably the more corporate of the NHS trusts, expect minimum benefits as per most NHS trusts but comprehensive training options.
great work life balance, loads of opportunity to move around the trust.
Fair salary. But terrible salary for someone with more experience. No other benefits.
