Annual leave allowance is VERY generous, I've noticed employers now including bank holidays in their advertised allowance, but Land Registry is in addition to bank holidays. Flexible working arrangements, including part-time patterns, flexi leave, working from home where possible. HMLR pay a high contribution to Civil Service pension. Childcare on some sites and childcare vouchers available. Bike loans/Cycle to Work scheme member. Benevolent fund. LR Leisure (sports & social) funding for national events/sports participation. Only downside is lack of control over Pay each year due to central government restrictions.
Holidays and pension are up their with the best of them.
No core hours provides an excellent work/life balance
Flexi time, extra curricular activities, pension.
