The best thing about working for Harding Retail is that whether you are working on ships or at Head Office, you are given the opportunity to travel the world. This is a unique opportunity compared to other companies in the UK. I recruit world wide and meet so many people from various backgrounds, which I love doing. It would be great if in the HR department we had bonuses to work towards as a lot of companies do that now. The basic salary could be better due to the fact we don’t get bonuses at my level.
