Rewards scheme provides decent discounts at loads of online/high street places. Holiday allowance has never been a problem, seems about average for size of business and there is the option to buy/sell holiday. The health care cash plan is great. There is a share incentive plan but unlike some companies this comes with a risk of losing money if the share price goes down. The biggest gap in the benefits package would have to be travel costs - in Bexhill there is free parking and subsidised train travel, but in Leicester there is neither of these.
