    There is flex time so if you need to drop of kids or finish early this is very useful, you just need to maintain 37 hours a week .

    you just fill in time sheet, number of hours each week is 37, as long as you do your hours nobody cares about what time you come in. can carry forward or behind for maximum of 22 hours. can take flexi leave when needed
