‘Unsure never used but seems to be supportive ’
Corporate GP is great and buy/sell holiday
It is a very good package plan, but as I don’t have much other experience, I don’t know much about comparing to other firms, and I am still quite new in the role
Free healthcare package, life insurance, critical illness. Good benefits for families i.e. maternity, parental & paternity.
Health insurance, pension, life insurance, childcare vouchers
Lots of benefits options to pick and choose from.
Comprehensive benefits package including insurances, subsidised gym, travel and dental/health insurances plus childcare and shop vouchers
Benefits package on the whole is fairly adequate; the firm provides sufficient perks and benefits. That said remuneration comes nowhere close to elite US firms.
Best - Agile working once week is standard now Worst - You can only adjust the perks once a year
the best thing working in HSF is the clear career path
Flexible benefits include subsidised gym, buy/sell holiday, the private doctor is also a really good perk. Onsite restaurant has great prices and a good range. Opportunities to work from home on ad-hoc or set basis for many roles.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
