Working from home is readily available, although some people abuse this and productivity isn’t monitored, a lot of my team worked from home to mask illness or hangovers and seemed to do very little but management didn’t care

Former Courier in Birmingham, England

Nature of the work offered very little benefit as it was 3-6 hours a day work for very little money

Basically You can work whenever You want, but the depot where You load You parcel to Your car is only opened for a couple of hours and You need to finish delivering Your parcel before 8PM... so it is flexible but not that flexible.

Core hours for office staff are generally 10am to 4pm. People do chop and change hours accordingly, as long as total hours worked are correct no-one seems to mind.
