The maternity package is 3 months of full pay, another 3 months of 50% , another 3 months of statutory and another 3 months of no-pay. I took 12 months, then I came back on the same terms but to a different role within the same team... Hermes offers life insurance, health insurance, legal advice line, remote working, flexible hours, free snacks, etc.
Great pension, sick leave entitlement and diversity programme.
Overall is very good package provided
Decent health insurance. Employer contribution pension which you can invest in the firm's funds. Decent holiday. No company contribution to dental, private GP etc, though this is available through salary sacrifice. Subsidised gym membership would be brilliant but there isn't any, though you do get access to a corporate rate.
Best thing - pension and working flexibility Worst thing - offices and cost saving tactics
A very good pension and medical health insurance. Holiday allowance also generous. There's a cheap staff coffee bar & restaurant too.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
