‘Being able to work at home.’
‘Can be remote during busy christmas period’
Hermes offers a range of benefits - including flexible benefits, buying and selling holidays, great holiday entitlement, occupational sick pay. I came from another logistics company where the benefits were no where near as good as Hermes. It is great to see a logistics company utilising performance related bonuses.
Company perks allow discounted services for healthcare, childcare. Company car for both social and work use allocated too.
Holidays 28days including bank holiday which is good, pension scheme but only available after so many months working there
Half price gym membership. That's all you're getting.
With my boss i am given flexible hours to fit me and she respects the i have a busy lifestyle outside of work as well
excellent range of benefits that you can choose depending on your own interests
Good range of employee benefits with flexible working and an array of advantages including reduced cat hire gym memberships
No perks, wear and tear on your car, horrific dust from warehouse parcels in your car, their tech and systems fail lots, you MUST deliver or they pull your work. Field managers on bonus so your a dog to them. Have to agree to 6-7 days a week or you have no regular rounds. Great if £150 a week pays your bills.
There is a lot on offer depending on your management grade. Some of the benefits such as healthcare and cash plan are not easy to understand how it works.
Great package: salary, bonus, benefits, free parking
