When I went through the original interview, one of the key benefits mentioned was the pension programme. And indeed this was one of the biggest reasons for joining the company and making a change. Pension programme was changed less than 6 months after joining the company!!!
30% discount on rentals and the additional car insurances . Worse thing is your commission is paid only if you hit an unrealistic target on the day at the end of the month. So if you have done well over the month and you don't perform well on the last day of that month you don't get your commission.
