‘you can work remotely long as you want to’
Flexibility, you get a complete choice of what you "spend" your benefits points on to suit you.
you can get many discounts from many shops and travel. Additionally, you get to buy extra holidays and different types of health insurance, additional pensions by using hippo points,
Good choice of flexible benefits
The benefits package is standard for Leeds tech, and potentially sub-par depending on what benefits are important to you. The usual PMI health benefits, No company bonus. "Flexible working", but required to join All Staff meetings late in the day on Fridays. Overall, meh. The company culture is very disengaged, so few people actually go into the office to work. If you never wanted to go in, despite the company policy of needing to go in every two weeks, no one would ever complain.

I’m an ex-Google senior program manager…laid off twice this year. I just got an offer. I love everything about the job but the pay is 👎🏻. Benefits are comparable to Google’s. Should I suck it up and accept? If you’re in a similar situation I’d love to hear about your experience. Thanks fishes!

Business Intelligence Analyst
Hello! I have a tiny professional dilemma I was hoping to get some opinions. I got two offers on the table for a Business Intelligence Developer for both Dell and Whole Foods Market. Dell is offering 121k, BI position, 5 weeks-ish PTO, 6% 401K match and has a 25-30 min car commute. Whole Foods is offering 103k, Senior BI position, 3 weeks PTO, 4% 401K match and has a 20 min walking commute (or 5 min by car) . Both job hybrid schedule (3 days in, 2 remote). Which one would you take?

It is reviewed annually and considered, employees are consulted and genuine consideration is given to needs, it's not just the typical stuff like insurance, pension and a beer fridge or fruit. We get monthly points to spend on perkbox as well as an annual allowance of points to spend towards perks we find useful, this year's included a couple of days leave extra (2) or additional pension contributions.
Great benefits for all employees including extra days off, pension contributions and private healthcare.
Bupa is covered and bupa dental
A decent pension contribution and other flexible benefits including additional days leave, private health care and volunteer days.
Flexible benefits programme so you can choose the things that are most important to you - whether this is private healthcare, dental, extra holiday, extra pension contribution, wellbeing allowance for example. There is also death in service benefit and critical illness cover as standard. You can also make use of the Cycle to Work scheme and the Electric Car scheme. Company Pension contributions are above legal requirements, there is also enhanced sick pay and maternity pay. Access to a retail discount scheme offered by Perkbox.
Company benefits are briliant: private healthcare, dental, increased employer pension, wellbeing allowance, discounts and money off via perk app.
