Good choice of flexible benefits
The benefits package is standard for Leeds tech, and potentially sub-par depending on what benefits are important to you. The usual PMI health benefits, No company bonus. "Flexible working", but required to join All Staff meetings late in the day on Fridays. Overall, meh. The company culture is very disengaged, so few people actually go into the office to work. If you never wanted to go in, despite the company policy of needing to go in every two weeks, no one would ever complain.

It is reviewed annually and considered, employees are consulted and genuine consideration is given to needs, it's not just the typical stuff like insurance, pension and a beer fridge or fruit.
