‘Extended sick pay when required’
‘really listen to the needs of the employees’
The Christmas hamper is a great benefit.
Bonus has been poor since 2017
Good optional BUPA cover, for either individual or family
Good holidays, Xmas Hamper, decent bonus and great health insurance
Good package, but not very flexible
Bonuses are % linked to band and overall team and company performance - good on higher bands but Hiscox is very difficult to move up bands. Share save has been great over the years but now the share price is low (compared to what has been) this is no longer a stand out benefit for Hiscox. Last couple of matured share saves were less than option price so no profit over three years. Revised maternity is now very good whereas shared parental and paternity falls behind the market. Gym / fitness benefit of £500 good. Private medical offers medical MOT once every two years - many in market offer every year.
good health plan, pension scheme and sharesave option. bonus can be uncompetitive
The benefits are great and suitable to the culture at Hiscox.
Good health schemes once you reach band 2, but crap paternity leave
Hiscox makes a good pension contribution
