Good package and a good system to review your chosen package benefits, however, you only have the opportunity to submit your package selection once during the year.

There are many perks of you pay for them. Bonus system is not reliable.

Excellent package. Very flexible in terms of employees being able to select what is important to them and any wider family. I particularly like the ability to arrange private GP appointments very quickly.

- Salary often slightly behind top tier competitors which we market ourselves as being comparable to. - Bonus is near impossible to get. - Otherwise is reasonable given the firm's position in the industry.

Best thing is free use of the gym and wellbeing centre with free exercise and yoga classes and massage, physiotherapy etc.

Holiday are quite good (25 days + possibility to buy one week), good canteen, free gym, flexible working

Almost everything is covered and is available to contract staff as well as permanent. There were some elements that weren't available to me as someone on a fixed term contract of under a year, and I was giving a cash alternative to these.
