Never had a problem or fear about being sick and losing money. The business is very fair.
It's not great but what do you expect from a bullying culture company
I know the company would support me if I were to ever fall very sick
I haven't used it but i know it's there if i need it.
No idea but they have offered support in individual cases
It is far more flexible and generous than officially advertised. The company will bend over backwards to make sure the people working there are ok. So even if the official amount is only a few weeks I'm sure they have often paid out far more.
standard 10 days sick pay a year, much better than some companies offer, having a call centre i feel it needs to be at this level so people don't start taking the micky.
