Best - Flexibility of options and choices, most incur a cost but it is much cheaper to purchase them this way. (Rather than as an individual) Worst - Pension contribution not great at 3% and not up to 5% until 10 years of service.

Holiday Extras are great at personalising benefits and hold the employee at the heart of everything they do!
Lots of great benefits including birthday day off, summer bbqs and parties, health check ups and profit share...one of my favourites though is Blue Monday in Jan when everyone is greeted with a choc bar and scratchcard to raise the spirits!
Best: Free fitness classes, free food and drink, great parties, great pension schemes, flextime, work from home, discounts in local shops, cheap cinema tickets, SO MUCH MORE! Worst: Holiday entitlement, i think it is quite low.
seems quite standard to be spoilt these days with benefits, I would say the best thing is how flexible Holiday Extras can be! most things can be worked out without a worry
