Excellent benefits, great pension and private healthcare schemes.
They really do look after their staff! You'll love the BBQ's they provide for free over the summer. The strawberries and cream during Wimbledon. Lots of treats and surprises throughout the year!
Lots available and plenty of support from the People Team helping to pick the benefits
Benefits are good shame it's a awful place to work
The benefits offered are decent.
Flexible working hours and working from home.
Best - Flexibility of options and choices, most incur a cost but it is much cheaper to purchase them this way. (Rather than as an individual) Worst - Pension contribution not great at 3% and not up to 5% until 10 years of service.
Flexible hours and working from home when needed is the best thing here at HX. It allows you to have a great work/life balance.
Low commission structure but achievable targets.
I am able to flex my benefits as I see fit
