Annual leave is good, but in other industries and companies, the annual leave is much more and I feel that the leave can be more paid leave for longer times.

You get a lot of days holiday but are restricted on when you can take time off. If you want a bank holiday off you have to use a days holiday & the company never gave a clear answer on if you had to use a day for Christmas Day if it falls on your normal working day.

Many store staff aren't able to take their full annual leave due to stores being so severely understaffed - employees end up feeling guilty for going on holiday as they know their coworkers will need to work on their own while they're away
