Some training is offered early every week or so and you are paid for this time
Training was useful for identifying homes to avoid when knocking doors and such. However, their "objection handling" is just a nice way of saying "pressuring the public". Some people want to help charity and need a bit of persuasion but not to the extent that the company makes you push. Training also doesn't prepare you for doors being slammed in your face, abuse and threats from homeowners, or people treating you like you're worthless
Very basic. Involved making your pitch and hardly anything else
Terrible training didn't feel ready when i actually started knocking on doors. Need to rethink training process entirely
I wasn't given the training I needed by my team leader, many of the team leaders were not attentive and were being lazy on shift.
Very good on behalf of training as it is provided constantly.
