‘If you are good at the job then you can earn a lot of money. This is provided you get through your probation period’
‘Some training is offered early every week or so and you are paid for this time’
decent hours, flexible work/life balance
Nothing, they offered only boredom and weak pay. Every manager there looked unbothereed and annoyed at life.
They have this breakfast club every Wednesday; a good time to bond with colleagues. They also have socials, makes a very good social environment. The bonus scheme is very high but achieving it is extremely difficult, quite unrealistic too.
Worst thing was the working hours and the type of work it entails
You only have to let the company know a week or two in advance for booking time off and there is holiday pay, but they will not let you forget any time off and make you work to compensate, even if the time was booked off
Bonuses are available but next to impossible to reach
The only perk of the job is that you are not paid based on commission. You have a base salary then you get a bonus according to how many sign ups you get.
good holidays, and plenty of opportunity to work with people of a similar age
sales commission was the best thing
no statuary sick pay, if you can get doctors note for your work day you are covered and have a day off
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
