good benefits, sick pay, dental
Fairly flexible in store with holidays and switching days off, but this will depe d on where you work. Team leaders don't get paid enough more than normal team members to make the extra responsibility worth it. Brought in a bonus scheme if your store hits sales target instead of having to increase everyone's pay. If you're a normal team member over 21 it's good pay, otherwise it's not.
Good pension, company discount, sometimes flexible hours (depending on mood of line manager) have to work bank holidays, good central location
generally good discount especially when I had moved home and needed to decorate my whole house
As Homebase is a recovery company, salary reviews have been on hold for the last 2 years. Staff do get a 20% discount from any purchases made in store.
Great, good place to work
Nothing outstanding, basic pension scheme is all I was made aware of
At Homebase they give you a discount card but never found much use with the products they sell, as a young student.
You get 20% of all items in store, there is no other benifits to working here
No formal training/progression plans so personal progress depends on your line manager.
