‘Never an issue, all personal experiences have been positive. Know of colleagues who have either been personally or have close family that have been diagnosed with a serious illness to receive great support.’
‘If you die at work you are covered’
‘Not as good as market standard’
Good variety of benefits
The company as a whole is fine but more is desired in terms of benefits/ pensions.
Good EAP, Free flu jab, excellent maternity pay
Best: Flexible working hours, higher salary than average market. Worst: Lower employee perks than the market
Worst is statutory pension.
Standard benefits, 25 day holiday, automatic life insurance, employer contributions to pension at a top rate of 5%, share scheme is available
Very engaged HR departmernt and competitive benefits.
Some real good benefits such as Wellbeing sessions and most recently some access to private health services (quick GP access, drug prescription etc)
Full cover in most cases
It used to be a decent benefits package but then striped it back to barely anything before I left.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
