Not really sure how many days annual leave I was entitled to. But it never seemed to be a problem when booking time off.

The basic is pretty good, but you can gain days for long service and have an option to buy upto 2 weeks which is a really good benefit.

No paid annual leave for part time and temporary staff - shifts booked off are deducted from salary as per usual (in the same manner as sick leave).
A generous and competitive allowance, the only negative is that Christmas Day is classed as one of your days off and not as bank hol.
No bank holidays and had to work an extra day to gain a day off on Christmas day.
