They are smoke sellers with regards to the bonus. They sell you this idea at the interview process that you will get a bonus of up to 25% for my level and that never materialises. Either you get 0 pounds or something tiny.
The discount that is offered is only offered to you as a staff member if you get their staff mastercard, and pay via that.
