The Perks at Work website/portal.
The atomosphere is definitely the best thing - some really lovely people Worst thing is that it can be very quiet at times depending on what concession you work for.
Best aspect of the benefits was a third off of any House of Fraser home brand and 10% off concessions. Worst aspect was no sick pay.
Best benefit was 1/3 off HoF home brands. Worst thing is that you have to wait 6 weeks to earn it.
You don't always get what you're entitled to. TOIL earned was not always given back. Your first day or two is always unpaid when you're sick. I was not allowed to invoke my accrued holiday days because we were short-staffed, and was never reimbursed, despite following up for months.
Generous Holiday and Sickness Allowance, and fair pension scheme. Sickness allowance grows with length of service and so does holiday
An ever evolving, fun place to work with good discount and holiday. Sadly only a basic maternity package.
Holiday is good and in head office you can buy more days (up to 5) if you need them at the start of the year. Flexi time and summer Fridays let you keep hold of a good work/life balance. There are also lots of other little benefits that the head office social team organise too. Staff discount varies between pay grades but is very useful as covers all categories.
The employee discount and also you get two days of sick pay. I work in the oracle at Reading so it also means I get discount off other shops in the Oracle
There aren't any.. unless you get a points card that you have to pay for. The customer version is free but points expire so it's useless.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
