  • Pension Plan  (3 comments)

“House of Fraser promised to match any amount paid towards your pension scheme. This is quite a standard company practice.”

The atomosphere is definitely the best thing - some really lovely people Worst thing is that it can be very quiet at times depending on what concession you work for.

Best aspect of the benefits was a third off of any House of Fraser home brand and 10% off concessions. Worst aspect was no sick pay.

Best benefit was 1/3 off HoF home brands. Worst thing is that you have to wait 6 weeks to earn it.

You don't always get what you're entitled to. TOIL earned was not always given back. Your first day or two is always unpaid when you're sick. I was not allowed to invoke my accrued holiday days because we were short-staffed, and was never reimbursed, despite following up for months.

Generous Holiday and Sickness Allowance, and fair pension scheme. Sickness allowance grows with length of service and so does holiday

An ever evolving, fun place to work with good discount and holiday. Sadly only a basic maternity package.
